Our processes at HBI Engineering mean we are able to make some modifications and improvements to the original joints that improve their performance and life span. One case in point is the use of hard chrome on some ball studs.

In New Zealand we do these types of modifications and improvements for Port companies where salt spray is an obvious problem. Another example is Milburn New Zealand who operate a cement works and have a problem with the cement dust having the same effect as salt spray on their ball joints.

Our manufacturerd product is equal to and in many cases superior to the original manufacturers product. This is due to the higher quality materials used and closer attention paid to each joint as they are remanufactured individually, not in large production runs where quality control inspection is not as thorough.
